Parks Master Plan

The draft of the Goshen Parks 2024-2028 Master Plan is now available for review! The community is encouraged to read the master plan to learn more about the priorities of the Parks and Recreation Department over the next five years. Community members are invited to an open house on Thursday, March 21, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Schrock Pavilion to share comments and feedback on the draft plan. 

The five-year Master Plan is designed by the Goshen Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with input from Goshen residents. It outlines strategies the department will pursue to improve facilities and services continuously. The assignment of the Goshen Park and Recreation Department is to support a healthier community by increasing marketing efforts and programming to a changing demographics and a diverse community that encourages seniors, young adults, families, teens, and children into the parks.
