Adult Sports

Adult Summer Softball Leagues

Registration is now open for our 2019 Adult Summer Softball Leagues! Teams can register at the Park Office located at 410 W. Plymouth Ave. during the business hours of 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The league fees must be paid in full for a team to be officially registered. The leagues will have a doubleheader format with a single elimination format to follow regular season play.

League Divisions

  • Monday (C): Starts April 29. Recreational League
  • Tuesday (B): Starts April 30. Intermediate League  
  • Thursday (A): Starts May 2. Advanced League

Adult Co-Ed Sand Volleyball Leagues

Officiated league with a leisure division and a competitive division, 6 vs. 6 format. League plays at Pringle Park’s sand lots. Season concludes with a seeded, single-elimination tournament, with awards given to top two tournament champions in each division. Standings are kept throughout the season and posted to league website: www.leaguelineup.com/gprdvolleyball. Indoor co-ed volleyball play begins in November; contact Frank for more information.

Co-Ed Indoor Volleyball Leagues

This indoor league guarantees a minimum of eight games and an end-of-season tournament. Games will be played in a Goshen Community Schools gymnasium to be announced. Each league has a 10 team maximum. League play will be conducted the week of November 4 through March 5 (gymnasiums will be closed during holiday breaks, as well as during school events to be announced). Registration is currently being accepted at the Goshen Parks & Recreation Office through October 18 or until league is full. The fee is $275.00 per team. Men’s Basketball League

Nine regular season games will be played at Goshen High School along with a post-season tournament. Pre-registration is currently being accepted at the Goshen Parks & Recreation Office through October 18 or until the league is full. In order to secure a spot in the league, the registration and roster form with a paid entry fee must be collected at the Park Office. Adult Basketball Open Gym

Enjoy some Wednesday evening pick-up games during our Mens 40 and Older Open Gym. Participants play on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at a Goshen School Gym listed below. Pre-registration is required. If you want to play the whole season, you may register for both sessions. If you want to register for only the second session, you must do so prior to January 22, 2020. Please note the program will be canceled on dates when the schools are closed, which includes holidays, special events and weather related closures. The current holiday and special event closures during Session 1 are November 27, December 25 and January 1. The current holiday and special event closures during Session 2 are March 11, April 1 and April 8. Participants will be notified of weather related closures the day of the program.
