The City of Goshen Public Works and Utilities uses Quest CDN’s online plan room to post bid documents and communicate with bidders when soliciting bids for public works projects, including viewing plan holders and posting bid results.
Potential bidders may view the bid documents online and download a PDF of the bid documents for a nominal fee after setting up a free account with QuestCDN (www.questcdn.com).
