The City of Goshen is soliciting sealed proposals for the purchase of an ambulance Box and 4X2 Chassis. Specification Documents may be obtained from the Goshen Clerk-Treasurer's Office at 202 S. 5th St., Goshen, Indiana, 46528. Sealed proposals must be received by the Goshen Clerk-Treasurer's Office at 202 S. Main St., Goshen, Indiana 46528 by 1:45 p.m. (local time) on January 31, 2022. All proposals received will be taken to the January 31, 2022 Goshen Board of Public Works and Safety meeting at 2 p.m. to be publicly opened and read aloud. The Board meeting will be held in the City Court Room/Council at the Goshen Police & Court Building, 111 E. Jefferson St., Goshen, Indiana.

The City of Goshen has issued a Request for Proposals for the purchase and retrofitting of a TVI camera truck’s crawler equipment and Trade-in of current equipment. The complete Request for Proposals packet may be obtained from the Goshen Clerk-Treasurer’s Office at 202 S. Fifth Street, Goshen, IN 46528.
Sealed proposals must be received by the City of Goshen Legal Department, 204 E. Jefferson Street, Suite #2, Goshen, IN 46528 no later than 4:00 p.m. (local time) on March 25, 2022. The proposals will be opened on the due date. Proposals received by the City after the deadline described will not be accepted nor considered unless the vendor submitting a late proposal shows good cause for submitting a proposal after the deadline.
Construction Projects Currently Available for Bid
The City of Goshen Public Works and Utilities uses Quest CDN’s online plan room. Potential bidders are able to download plans and specifications and addendums from the site, view bidders lists, and review the bid summary online.
To be a plan holder, you will need to setup a free account at www.questcdn.com. When projects become available for bid, they can be downloaded for a nominal fee of $15.00 each.
To find a City of Goshen project in the QuestCDN system, the City will include the Quest CDN project number in the Notice to Bidders.
