Anyone interested in bidding on City construction projects can click on the Current Bidding Opportunities portal to see what projects are out for bid. After setting up a free account with www.questcdn.com, you can download specs for any City projects for a $15.00 fee.
Through the Current Bidding Opportunities portal, you can also view plans (without downloading), view the plan holders list, and see the bid results of past projects.
