City Budget

The City Budget is a financial statement presenting revenue and spending for the financial year in local government. As with other cities, the Mayor presents the budget to the City Council and council members approve it or modify it before approving it. Council can only cut funding but not add funding to the budget.

This year, the Mayor and a bipartisan Budget Committee worked together to develop the 2018 City Budget.
