The City has an annual Sidewalk & Curb Reconstruction 50/50 Program. Each year in early Spring the program is bid out to concrete contractors and awarded to the lowest bidder. Any resident interested in getting a portion or all of their sidewalk and/or curb reconstructed can join the program by filling out an Application.
