Stormwater Capital Plan 

As part of the 2022 Stormwater User Fee Rate study, performed by Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, the Goshen Stormwater Department updated the Five-Year Capital Plan to understand the Department's funding needs. An explanation of the Stormwater Capital Plan and the final Baker Tilly Stormwater Rate Study can be accessed by clicking here.  Note: the years listed in the Five-Year Capital Plan are not accurate as the minimum funding through stormwater user fee rates will not be available until 2029.
