Downtown Goshen Economic Improvement District

The regular meetings of the Downtown Goshen Economic Improvement District Board will take place on the first Thursday of each month, excepting July, as set forth in the schedule below. The meetings will be held in the conference room located in Goshen City Hall at 202 South 5th Street, Goshen, Indiana. All meetings of the Goshen Downtown Economic Improvement District Board are open to the public with the exception of an executive session that may be held as authorized by Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-6.1. The Board may schedule meetings in addition to those listed above as necessary, subject to public notice requirements.

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that S.R. 119 near Goshen is scheduled to close for a series of culvert replacements on Monday, April 30, weather permitting.

Drivers will see INDOT maintenance professionals working in multiple locations next week on S.R. 119 between C.R. 9 and C.R. 17. The road will be open to local traffic only. Work will take place in the following locations:

• S.R. 119 between C.R. 15 and C.R. 17
• S.R. 119 between C.R. 38 and C.R. 13
• S.R. 119 between C.R. 11 and C.R. 9
• Additionally, work on culvert replacement will take place at the intersection of S.R. 119 and

C.R. 9, with C.R. 9 being closed throughout the work. Drivers can expect lane restrictions on S.R. 119 during the replacement.

The official state detour is S.R. 19 to U.S. 6 to S.R. 15. Local detours may also be available. All work on S.R. 119 is expected to be complete by 6 p.m. on Friday, May 4, weather permitting.
