The Water and Sewer Department will be replacing a fire hydrant that was hit by a vehicle at the corner of Messick Drive and Kercher Road. A road will be partially closed and there will be a temporary detour while the hydrant is replaced.
The City of Goshen Water and Sewer Department will close the westbound lane on Kercher Road between Messick and Industrial Park drives from Tuesday, Oct. 18 to Wednesday, Oct. 19. There will be flagmen during the day on Tuesday until the work is completed.
A detour will be set up for the evening hours on Tuesday, going North on Messick Drive, west on Eisenhower Drive, then back south to Kercher Road.
