Ordinance 4911, Amend the Local Limits for Mercury, was passed by the Goshen Common Council on July 18, 2017 and approved and adopted by Mayor Jeremy Stutsman on July 20, 2017. Unless otherwise limited or authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety and incorporated into a discharge permit, no user may discharge wastewater containing concentrations of mercury exceeding the daily maximum of 370 nanograms per liter.
