From Monday, August 29 to Thursday, September 1, HRP Construction will commence with the sanitary sewer installation on Seventh Street from Lincoln Avenue north to the east/west alley. The sanitary sewer will need to connect to the existing sanitary sewer manhole in the center of Lincoln Avenue. HRP Construction will maintain traffic on the lanes on the south side of Lincoln Avenue with one lane in each direction. When the actual connection into the existing manhole is being made, HRP Construction will have flaggers to assist when the traffic is restricted even further down to just one lane near the open trench.
