Phend & Brown has made great progress with the improvements along the west side of SR 15. Starting at 8:00am on Thursday, July 14, CR 40 west of SR 15 will be closed to traffic to allow for the reconstruction of CR 40 near the restaurant and the convenience store. CR 40 will re-open to traffic on Thursday, July 21, pending weather conditions.
