NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
The City of Goshen Board of Public Works and Safety will be disposing of the following surplus vehicles and equipment (“Surplus Property”) by engaging Bright Star Auctions and Realty, LLC (“Auctioneer”) to advertise the sale of the Surplus Property and conduct a public auction: 2011 5×8 Utility Trailer; Coats Tire Changer Rim Clamp 7060 AX; Whelltronic Hoist 15,000; Coats Tire Balancer 1250; 2003 Medtec Medic; 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe; Poulan Push Mower; 2014 Toro Timemaster Push Mower; Snapper P21507B Push Mower; Snapper Ninja Push Mower; Toro SR4 Push Mower; Honda HR214 Push Mower; Lawnboy Push Mower; 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe; 1993 Chevrolet K3500 with Boss Straight Plow; Honda Push Mower; 2015 Chevrolet Impala; 2014 Chevrolet Impala; 2004 Ford Explorer; Sander/Salt Spreader; 2011 Boss V-Plow XT; 2011 Boss V Plow; 2014 Boss Snow Plow; 2015 Boss Plow 9’2″; 2006 Chevrolet Truck Bed; Broce Sweeper; Wacker Roller; Hydrotek Power Washer; 2004 Trash Pump 8.0 Honda; 2007 GMC Canyon; and 2007 Dynapac LT6000 Rammer.
The Surplus Property will be sold at a consignment auction to be conducted at 11751 County Road 12, Middlebury, Indiana on December 30, 2024 at 9:00 am (local time). The Auctioneer’s terms and conditions of the auction include, but are not limited to: 7% IN sales tax applies. A 10% onsite and a 13% online buyer’s premium is in effect for all purchases. All items must be paid for before removal. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. All items sell WHERE IS AS IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise prior to placing bids.
