You are hereby notified that pursuant to Goshen City Code Title 6, Article 9, Chapter 1, a Rank Vegetation and Noxious Weeds Variance request has been received by the City of Goshen Parks and Recreation Department. Therefore, a preliminary meeting is scheduled on the petition for a variance to permit the growing of what is considered rank vegetation under Goshen City Code Title 6, Article 9, Chapter 1.
