2025 State of the City
In her 2025 State of the City address, Mayor Gina Leichty reflected on Goshen’s growth and resilience, celebrating both progress and the community spirit that drives it. She emphasized collaborative wins—from planting over 300 trees to launching a Mobile Integrated Health team.
Infrastructure modernization, housing, and neighborhood investment remain top priorities. Still, challenges loom: revenue losses from property tax caps and rising costs for essential projects. “We’re not going to stand by and let our quality of life deteriorate,” Leichty said. “We’ll be innovative. We’ll act.”
