Meetings
Meetings of board three to four times a year, often in one of the members’ homes and announced to the neighborhood.

Elections
Candidates agree to be on the ballot before the summer gathering and open nominations also happen there. Paper or email ballot of neighborhood residents determines the board.

Boundaries: Main Street to the east, College Avenue to the south, Millrace to the west and Goshen Ditch to the south
