Goshen Parks Department staff provides planting and perpetual care or replacement of plants. Fees cover the cost of the contribution and plaques. Vandalism in our parks can be a concern, as well as have a negative impact on our budget. It isn’t possible for us to be in the parks at all times, so a few extra “eyes” to notify us about vandalism is very helpful. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
