The City of Goshen will submit a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for stormwater discharge approval.
This notice complies with the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit for scheduled work on Plymouth Avenue reconstruction from South Main Street to U.S. 33.
The project is located in Elkhart Township, Elkhart County, Indiana, in the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 36 North.
Stormwater runoff will enter public storm sewers and discharge into the Elkhart River.
Work will be scheduled once all necessary permits are obtained. Project updates will be available on the Engineering Department’s Ongoing Projects page on the city’s website.
