Downtown Goshen was a parade of imagination on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025. Tubs of Play-Doh waddled past shop windows, Boba Fett adjusted his helmet, and Chase from Paw Patrol saluted the crowd.
A squad of Ninja Turtles darted between candy stops, keeping the sidewalks lively from start to finish. Downtown merchants, the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, City Hall and the Police Station handed out candy on a sunny yet spooky afternoon.
Mayor Gina Leichty greeted young trick-or-treaters at her office in the Old Carnegie Library, one more stop in a downtown tradition built on fun and community.
