Trick or treat hours for the City of Goshen will be Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Trick or treat Main Street, an event organized by the Chamber of Commerce, will be Thursday, Oct. 31, from noon to 5 p.m., in downtown Goshen.

RAILROAD CROSSING CLOSURE: KERCHER ROAD

Norfolk Southern Railroad will close the Railroad crossing on Kercher Road between CR 31 & CR 33, due to a broken rail. They will close it around 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 and expect it to be reopened later that evening, unless delayed by the weather.

Stormwater management staff reported a sanitary sewer overflow the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 10.
