The Board of Works voted for the City to install a right turn-only sign on the corner of N. Fifth and Clinton streets for northbound traffic. The sign will alert drivers in advance of Pike Street so they can turn on Clinton if they need to. The Indiana Department of Transportation will be placing no left-tun signs at N. Fifth and Pike streets in the near future.
