Photos You’ll Love: Goshen’s Big Day at the 4-H Fair Parade

GOSHEN, Ind. — City staff from across departments joined the 2025 Elkhart County 4-H Fair Parade to celebrate community spirit.

Mayor Gina Leichty’s office, police, fire and EMS handed out candy, sunglasses and American flags to children along the parade route.

The parade featured community groups, marching bands and 4-H clubs in a high-energy kickoff to the county’s biggest summer tradition.

Thanks to the parade organizers for hosting another successful event in downtown Goshen.

About the Elkhart County 4‑H Fair

Now in its 175th year, the Elkhart County 4‑H Fair runs through Saturday night and draws more than 200,000 guests to Goshen’s fairgrounds. Highlights include nightly grandstand concerts, harness racing, rodeo, tractor pulls, a car show, demolition derby, thousands of youth project exhibits, carnival rides, and classic fair food. Whether you’re cheering for 4‑H exhibitors or enjoying live entertainment, there’s something for all ages throughout the week.
