Walsh & Kelly is scheduled to install permanent striping inside the westbound lane of Third Street between Main Street and Jefferson Street the week of April 15. This work is being done in advance of transferring Third Street to the Indiana Department of Transportation. more
Damage assessments must be completed by the City of Goshen for properties that have been flooded, so City staff will be measuring flood water levels and taking photos of structures. Then, the Indiana Department of Homeland Security will conduct a second assessment on damaged structures.
