Ordinance 4935, Lippert Annexation, was passed by the Goshen Common Council on March 6, 2018 and approved and adopted by Mayor Jeremy P. Stutsman. The Lippert annexation area consists of approximately 153 acres of real estate generally located northeast of the railroad tracks, west of County Road 31 and north of College Avenue (CR 36).
