Rieth Riley Construction will be adjusting four castings on Lincoln Avenue from the intersection of Indiana Avenue to the Elkhart River Bridge on Wednesday, August 1, and pulling all equipment Thursday, August 2.
The casting adjustment will cause lane restrictions. The contractor will provide a flagger to ease traffic flow.
