Norfolk Southern Railroad will be closing the College Avenue (CR 36) and Kercher Road (CR 38) mainline railroad tracks, east of Lincolnwy East (US 33), on Monday, June 4, to perform routine electronic equipment maintenance. The tracks will be closed from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
