South 9th Street will be closed from East Jefferson to the first alley north and south for the reconstruction of the roadway. The closure will extend last until October 8.
The railroad crossing on East Jefferson Street will be closed during the duration of the project and until Norfolk Southern has installed new signals and arms. A detour will be marked with signs to direct traffic around the project area. Goshen Communicty Schools and the affected residents have already been notified of the closure.
