The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that Madison Street (US 33), between 9th and 10th streets in the City of Goshen, is scheduled to close at 6 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, Aug. 17, weather permitting. The closure will allow Norfolk Southern to rebuild the railroad crossing.
Drivers are reminded to follow the posted detour signage. The work, which will improve the driving surface for motorists, is anticipated to be completed by 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, weather permitting.
