NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 5045, PROHIBITING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON MAIN STREET

Ordinance 5045, Prohibiting Commercial Vehicles on Main Street, was passed by the Goshen Common Council on July 7, 2020 and approved and adopted by Mayor Jeremy Stutsman on July 9, 2020.

Ordinance 5045 prohibits truck or commercial vehicles in excess of 20 feet (including truck and trailer) from operating on Main Street from Pike Street/US 33 to Madison Street except as necessary to make deliveries on Main Street in the prohibited area. Ordinance 5045 is available for inspection in its entirety during regular business hours at the Goshen Clerk-Treasurer’s Office located at 202 South Fifth Street, Goshen, Indiana.
