Contractor Rieth-Riley will begin a full closure of Kercher Road (CR 38) from South Main Street (SR 15) to the bridge in order to install new underground utilities, new concrete curb and pavement. The full closure will begin Wednesday, June 28, and continue the length of the project.
Residents on Kercher Road will have access within the full closure area. Residents on Island View will have access from Woodland Drive across Kercher Road.
The contractor will install temporary mailboxes for residents on Kercher Road. The temporary mailboxes will be placed on the side streets. Trash service will be maintained with support by the contractor. The contractor will hand deliver a letter to all the residents prior to the full closure.
