Community Development Block Grant
The Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program of the City of Goshen for program year 2009 is available for review. Copies of the CAPER are available at the Mayor’s Office, 202 S. 5th Street, at Goshen City Planning, 204 E. Jefferson Street, Suite 4, and at Goshen Public Library, 601 S. 5th Street. Comments about the CAPER and the CDBG program should be directed to Rhonda Yoder by mail, phone or email, as listed below. Comments must be received no later than September 10, 2010. |
The City of Goshen's CDBG Citizen Participation Plan establishes procedures for obtaining the views of citizens, public agencies and other interested parties regarding the use of CDBG funds. |
The Planning Department manages Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds received by the City of Goshen from the federal government.
Funds are provided to help limited income homeowners maintain their properties, for infrastructure reconstruction, and for grants to public service agencies. |
